Pause time when speaking to characters

Something came up when I was in the middle of some dialogue with Gus and all of the sudden 3 days passed by with no guests. I think this would be really helpful!

I agree with this; or if you have to change to a different window for something. It's a nice feature because sometimes life just happens, but then it's a big loss in the game.
