I would like to see either the previous day's income & expenses or a graph showing the past income/expenses by day for each resort. This will make it easier to know if we are earning enough to hire staff or if staff is causing us to go negative.

I may be a minority in this but I would love it if there were taxes or "maintenance fees" for our properties. Maybe it could be added as a toggle or a higher difficulty mode if people didn't want to partake.

Yes, I also don't know how to see how much guests will pay before the stay, which would help when making reservations.
